Cut & Place Modules transfer and place pre-cut patches onto a continuously moving web vibration-free and with pre-calibrated cutting pressure speeds. Tungsten carbide cutting blades and anvil bars are available for difficult materials or longer run times. For very precise applications, speeds up to 50 parts/min. can be cut and placed and registered to the printed web. With continuous pitch length placement, speeds of more than 1000 fpm are attainable.
